Sizzle & Savor Smash Burger

Yields: 4 servings

Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground beef
4 strips of bacon, minced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons oil
8 American cheese slices (or cheese of your choice)
4 leaves of lettuce
2 thinly sliced tomatoes
1 thinly sliced red onion
Dill pickle slices
4 toasted Brioche burger burns (or bun of your choice)
2 tablespoons MES Amis Sizzle & Savor Burger Blend.
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons MES Amis Sizzle & Savor Burger blend with 2 pounds of lean ground beef.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
After the 30 minutes, add bacon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and Tabasco sauce to the large bowl.
Create 8 equal size meat balls and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and quickly place in the refrigerator for another 10-15 minutes.
Preheat a cast iron or griddle to medium to medium-high heat and add on the oil.
Add the burger meat balls to the surface and immediately press down using a burger press and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until juices start to appear on the top of the uncooked side of the burger.
Flip the burger over and immediately add cheese and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until cooked through and the cheese is melted.
To assemble: Layer with bottom toasted bun, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, cheeseburger patties, and top bun and enjoy!
